Only Bitcoin is automatic on our website, so you will have to send us an email with what you would like to get and the city to ship to: [email protected].  Then we will send you a quote that includes the shipping and a coin address to deposit to.  It is the same process for international orders, too (so we can calculate exact shipping costs). 

For domestic shipping, if there is a large discrepancy between charged and actual shipping costs, we will refund the difference.  (This can happen when you order a large number of items.)  Or feel free to contact us, and we can give you an exact quote with the actual shipping charges.
